 Today was pretty chill in mr Rease's class. We read a poem by Emily Dickinson. She referred to herself as a nobody. She rarely left her house and she did not live up to a standard. Emily lived her life her own way and created many great poems.

 Today in mr Rease's class we did topics. They were unpopular opinions. I had to write pros and cons about the topic. My topic was dogs are ugly. Class ended at 11:16.

 Today we did book work. We had to write definitions of certain words. These words will be on our test on Friday. The class it at 11:16 am today. 

 Today in class we skipped our bellringer. Mr rease wasn't at school on Monday. He went to see the Kansas city chiefs. We took notes on ethos, pathos, and logos. Class ended at 11:16.

 Today in class we made another cluster. It was about things that you found overrated. I put social media as my topic. Mr rease had his students participate in class. Class ended at 11:16.

 

 Today in mr Rease's we revised paragraphs. It was our classmates paragraphs. There was lots of mistakes on the paper. There was 4 paragraphs we had to correct. We turned it in at the end of class.

 The short film Identity was unique. People were wearing full face mask at school. The theme or message of the film is to be yourself and don't care about what people think. Lots of people hide who they really are because they're afraid of what people are going to say. This happens alot with kids and teenagers.

 Today in class we got out our clusters. We me a paragraph about getting a job. There was a 6 step process for the paragraph. We then had an assignment on illuminate. Class ended at 11:16.

 

Today in class was laid back. The class took a langston Hughes test and wrote notes about brainstorming. We brainstormed about getting a job. There was 5 sub-topics related to the topic. We ended class at 11:16 in the morning.

 Today in class we watched another short film. We then had to answer the question what's the purpose of life.  The film was about a man's life before he died. We then read another poem called i too. It was written by langston Hughes.

 I think the purpose of life is to live. You were granted an opportunity to do something special on earth. Some people take advantage if the opportunity, and some people waste their opportunity.  Life isn't something you take for granted, it's something you appreciate.

 Today in mr Rease's class we read another poem. It was called mother to son. It was about a mother telling her son about the hardships of life. We answered 20 discussion questions. We left the class at 11:31 AM.

 Today in class we read a poem. The poem was written by langston Hughes. It was called the neuro speaks of rivers. It was about black people in this world. We took down notes about the poem too. Mr rease showed us his ancestors also.

 The best advice by my mother gave me was to be patient. There's has been Lots of times where we've went out somewhere, and in my opinion we were there too long, I was getting upset and inpatient. I have been working on being patient for a while. The more patient you are the less stress you have. For example going to the grocery store. Or like going to the doctor for shots. Waiting in long lines is stressful, but patiently waiting will make the time go by.

 Today in class was pretty cool. The class and I watched another short film. We had to figure out the theme for the short film. We also played kahoot which in the end I came in 6th place. Finally we took a pre test to end the class.

 Today in mr Rease's class was chill again. We finished up the illuminate questions. After we were done with that we were done. The class ended at 11:16 AM. 

 I  think the film was well made and gave a good theme or message. I like how the film gave us a good idea of the main character's thoughts. I disliked the ending. I wished it could have been longer. One theme of the film is to be grateful for what you have. The other theme is to don't judge a book by its cover.

 Nathaniel loyd I plan to go to  college after graduating highschool.  My hobbies are basketball, exercising, and videogames. I dont have favorite musical artists. I like to watch TV, I like to read, and I like to work. My favorite food is lemonpepper wings hand fries. I would like to visit Canada.
